Realms of Arkania: Shadows over Riva

Realms of Arkania: Shadows over Riva (Das Schwarze Auge: Schatten über Riva) uses similar file formats as it's predessors (Realms of Arkania: Blade of Destiny/Realms of Arkania: Star Trail). The main difference is a much more advanced 3d engine.

Character encoding

All text is stored C style strings (\0 byte indecates end of string) with some non-standard encoding:

60 " (begining quote)
62 " (ending quote)
64 newline (think '\n')
