.WIB files are used in Dungeon Keeper to determine which subtiles are animated (apparently).
- Subtile (as per standard form map with single byte entries. Each byte is 00, 01, or 02: o 00: Display the subtile without any change o 01: Skew the subtile slightly (default) o 02: Animate the subtile
Don't think individual subtiles can be animated... Putting one animated subtile in a load of non-animated ones makes no difference, AFAICT.
